Black Cat house, is a charming two-storey house and terrace, located right in front of the sea, on the promenade of Algarrobo Costa. The house is fully equipped to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. On our wonderful and spacious terrace, you can enjoy unforgettable evenings contemplating the sea. The terrace is prepared with protective mesh to prevent pets and small children from falling. The space IF you like to sleep with the whisper of the waves, Black Cat House is your place. Located in front of the beach of Algarrobo Costa( 10meters of the beach) in the very first line , it is a lovely space to relax and enjoy your vacations. On the ground floor there is a living room (with 40-inch LED TV, board games...) Fully equipped kitchen (Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, Vitroceramica, Thermomix, airfryer...) Full bathroom with shower plate. On the first floor are the bedrooms (with closets, halogen heaters, Fans,Smart TV in the triple, blankets, linens, bath and beach towels)and full bathroom with a large shower plate. The triple bedroom has a balcony with ocean view. On the second floor is the Terrace (equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, awning and curtains) and a small Office (with coffee maker, toaster, water heater, kitchenware, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, games...) that will serve you to have your breakfast on the terrace with direct views of the sea or have a wine watching the sunset, a whole show. Guest access The house is for the exclusive use of the hosted guest, no areas are shared. You have all the equipment to have a pleasant stay. Full kitchen, bed linen, bath linen, medicine cabinet, hair dryer, games, halogen heaters, ceiling fans with remote control, terrace furniture and hand furniture for use on the beach, beach games... You will have personalized attention during your stay, for anything you need and make your stay more comfortable and pleasant. Neighbors are educated and jovial people, simple people who have lived in the village all their lives, a nice family Other things to note Nearby are different restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, veterinarian, family doctor, garden areas and promenade.
