A former small mountain chalet, it has been renovated several times since I bought it in 2004. It is at an altitude of 1000 m in a small hamlet in nature. You will be able to walk from the cottage, without taking the car. Evian les Bains and Lake Geneva 10 minutes away, La Suisse accessible to Geneva by car, train, or Lausanne via Bateau. The Bernex and Thollon les Mémises ski resorts are a short drive away. The space Ground floor: Living / dining / kitchen. Bathroom. Separate toilet. Terrace. Véranda for storage shoes / jackets. Floor: Two night spaces in a row. The first space has a 140 double bed. The second space has two 90 single beds. Maximum ceiling space 1.90 m. Guest access Guests have access to the entire chalet. Other things to note Housekeeping: Housekeeping is not included in the rate. Two solutions: - You want to do the complete cleaning (Vacuum cleaner + Serpiere, refrigerator, oven, WC, bathroom, shower and sink, emptied and cleaned garbage cans, emptied and cleaned dishwasher, clean dishes, etc.) - You don't want to do the full cleaning.
