Whether exciting adventures on the farm between old farm animal breeds and even llamas or the beautiful surroundings of the Wilsum mountains - pure nature. With us, everything is possible! Other things to note The Arche-Naturhof Buschwiesen is located on the edge of Wilsum. Attractions such as the Wilsumer Berge, Moore in the direction of Hoogstede or the Itterbecker Quelle and Itterbecker Heide are not far away. Even the Netherlands is not far away. Of course, there is plenty to experience on our farm itself! Our animals are always happy to see visitors, especially our cats and rabbits are there to cuddle. But our pigs are also happy when you bring them apples and scratch them. It's Easter every day with the chickens and you can go egg hunting! Our ducks can be observed in the pond. (We are currently in the offspring of our ducks. They will be frolicking on the pond again in spring 2026.) As an insider tip, we will show you what our llamas like to eat as treats directly from your hand. Then definitely let yourself be cuddled! If you feel like farm work, you can also help us with mucking out and all sorts of other tasks. Many insects are romping around on our orchard meadow and the bees from our beekeeper are also buzzing around their beehives. With magnifying glasses and identification cards that you can borrow from us, many exciting animals can be discovered and observed. Just ask! There is also plenty to see in our ponds. Aquatic insects, microorganisms and many different plants and inhabitants, as well as frogs and dragonflies. On the premises there is also a climbing device for the kids, a fireplace with a fire bowl for cozy campfire evenings and a ping-pong table, as well as all kinds of outdoor games that you can borrow on request. Our ground floor apartment is about 90 m² and barrier-free. The kitchen is equipped with a lot. A high chair is available for the little ones. The dining room is open to the living room with a brick arch and many windows, very bright and warm. The couch in the living room is extendable and can be used as a sofa bed. In the children's bedroom there are two bunk beds. The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed. The bathroom is fully accessible. Your own parking space is available free of charge. Wi-Fi and final cleaning are included in the price and if it rains, we have many board games for you on site! Need to Know: Lambing time February - April: At this time, our flocks of sheep are directly on the farm and our ewes have their lambs. Who knows? Maybe you can experience a birth or feed bottle lambs. Shearing time May - June: Our sheep are in groups on the farm and we are actively shearing them. Come and help us!
