Cozy & Stylish Victorian Studio – Prime Location

Our spacious tranquil top floor studio is newly renovated and thoughtfully designed. A large space with a luxurious queen bed, sitting and dining areas, as well as a quiet work space. Whether you are here for a weekend getaway, to attend a college event, or in town for work you will find our space fits all your needs. We are perfectly located on the edge of downtown, within minutes walking to Church St, the scenic waterfront, colleges and the hospital. (Note: there is not a full kitchen) The space Our space is eco-conscious with organic bedding and towels. All products provided are green and eco-friendly. We provide compost for any food waste as well. All cleaning products used are environmentally friendly. The space has a neatly curated area for morning coffee and Tea (electric kettle and French press) as well as a mini-fridge to store your local food and brew scores. (Note: there is no burner or microwave in the space). The space does not have means to cook. Parking is free and abundant on the street. Guest access To access the third floor there is a side entrance that brings you up one flight of stairs to a locked door into the space.
