This 1 bedroom apartment - guest suite - is an attached unit with its own private entrance in a million dollar estate home in Vista in a beautiful, quiet country setting. There are no common areas and you will have the apartment all to yourself. Pick oranges right near your front door. Wake up to the sound of birds singing. The apartment has a large great-room (12' x 24') with kitchenette. There is a separate bedroom with king size bed and large private en suite bathroom. Free wifi and live Direct TV with HBO, Netflix and Amazon Prime. It comes with one free parking spot right near the door and is located on a private road. There aren't any laundry facilities, but there is a laundromat nearby. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, micowave, coffee maker, toaster and full size fridge. Most important of all, there's a juice sqeezer to make fresh orange juice from organic oranges just picked from our trees. Close to parks, tennis courts, grocery stores (Albertsons, Frazier Farms, Stater Brothers, Sprouts, Northgate Mexican Market), shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, brewery pubs and easy access to HWY 78 and HWY 15. Vista, Ca is a lovely semi-rural town only 45 minutes from San Diego and about an hour from Anaheim and 1.5 hrs from LA. This central location allows visitors access to the many attractions of Southern California. Only 20 minutes to Carlsbad and Oceanside beaches. Visit the San Diego Zoo, the Safari Park, La Jolla Caves, Legoland, Seaworld and the Temecula wine country. Guest access Self check in available. Our house has central air conditioning, but there is no thermostat in the apartment. We will turn on the AC if we are experiencing high temperatures, or upon request. Rooms are equipped with ceiling and window fans to bring in the cool night air, and it generally cools off dramatically once the sun goes down.
