A 2 bedroom set up, with the second bedroom located in a cozy upstairs cottage style level, with a window that gives you a gorgeous Sea View. Don’t be surprised if you spot a dolphin just a few meters away from your holiday accommodation. Your perfect view of the sunset will be simply stunning at any time of the year. The space Your stay here can offer you the priceless enjoyment of the constant sound of the sea and fresh air, yet ensure that you are within easy reach of all that the City of Adelaide has to offer. The City, Festival Theatre, Casino and Convention Center are all a short 15 minute drive, or an easy 30 minute trip with the Glenelg Tram. Please be mindful that the airport is nearby - 7 km away - so you will see and hear planes coming in. Some people love this, others not so much. You won't be cramped on this holiday - a KING SIZED bed in the ground level master bedroom, and a QUEEN SIZED bed on the upper level, with its own ensuite. All 3 properties are in the same location and offer similar benefits and attributes. In April 2017 the cottage was fitted with brand new furniture and bedding. It combines a clean, crisp, modern feel with the coziness of an old cottage. The place has been fitted so that you can have a comfortable short or long term stay. Please be mindful that the apartment is part of an older building. The cottage style apartment has been given much love and attention, with a quirky, retro and cozy injection of style and decoration. It is much loved and cared for, but if you are looking for a sleek and modern beachfront property, this is not it. The property offers a fully equipped kitchen and your own laundry facilities. The kitchen will easily cater to those who want affordable home cooked meals; that is, if they can resist the temptation to just walk into one of the cafes or restaurants down the road. There is plenty of space; a room designated for dining, a separate kitchen and a separate lounge. You will thoroughly enjoy your nights in. When you first get there, enjoy a coffee on us - just pop a coffee capsule in the machine. Beds King Sized bed on the ground level. Queen Sized bed on the upper level. Guests should be aware that the upper level is a cottage style addition, where the ceiling height is low. Tall people will need to crouch slightly when walking around the bed. The stairs to the upper level are steep, so it is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues, or for very young children. The living area contains a couch, which can be converted into a double mattress for sleeping an extra 2 if required. Other things to note The price quoted for 2 people assumes that the 2 adults will be sharing a room and will use one level of the apartment only . This will be the master bedroom on the lower level , with access to the bathroom downstairs. If you wish to use the upper level also, with use of that bathroom also, we charge a once off additional fee of $30 to assist with our cleaning costs. Any booking for more than 2 people assumes use of all rooms. - A baby cot and high chair can be left on the Property for a fee of $30. Please let us know at time of booking. - Please note that this a renovated cottage style apartment in an older style apartment building. The hot water system is not instantaneous. If there are many showers had consecutively and the hot water runs out, it will take a few hours for the water to heat up again. - Guests should be aware that the upper level is a cottage style addition, where the ceiling height is low.
