Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing area with sun loungers and attractive gardens with gates leading directly to the beach. The space This self catering apartment is fully serviced for your arrival. Housekeeping service included for stays of 10 nights or more. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. The open plan lounge area has a large dining table seating 4 people. There is also a dining table and chairs on the upstairs roof terrace. The spacious ground floor open plan living area has a comfortable sectional sofa, coffee table and flat screen smart TV. There is a selection of books and games. The primary bedroom has a double bed – 160cm x 200cm. It also has an en suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom. Both have black out curtains and ceiling fans. In addition to the master en suite bathroom, there is a separate family bathroom opposite the twin bedroom. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and have a walk in shower cubicle with sliding glass doors. Skylights in the ceilings provide good natural light. Upstairs, the large decked dual aspect roof terrace has spectacular views north and south which means all day sunshine and shelter from the northerly wind. There is a dining tables and seating for 4 people. There are also various seating options, 4 sun loungers and a large sunbed for 2! Guest access The apartment and roof terrace is for the exclusive use of the guests renting this apartment. Other things to note Please note :- Our Office hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00h to 19:00h. Arrival to any apartment outside of these times will incur a supplement of 20€ until 21.00h and 30€ after 21.00h Sunday and major local public holiday arrivals will incur a supplement of 30€. - Payment to be made in cash on arrival. UPDATE ON CONSTRUCTION NEXT TO MARFOLIN Construction of a new Hotel is in progress very close to the Marfolin building - directly opposite the Bagus Bar. This apartment is several meters away from the building site and all rooms and half of the roof terrace face the same side as the site. We expect the project to complete in July, 2027. Of course we have no control over any of this and cannot guarantee our guests exactly what they will be doing day by day at any point during the process, and even if they will work on Saturdays or not - at the moment they are not. Things can change quickly here and without any notification sometimes. The price of this apartment was reduced throughout 2025 because of this work and the disturbance that it may have cause guests. However, as most of the groundbreaking and drilling work has now been completed, the disturbance is very much less - some days there is zero noise or it is very negligible - regular prices are back in place. If you did decide to confirm your reservation with this knowledge, there would be no option to change apartments with us or have any payment refunded if you were unhappy once you had arrived. However, we will continue to monitor the situation closely in case anything changes significantly.
