Step from the private driveway, through stable doors, and into the spacious entrance hall, leading into the open-plan kitchen/dining area with a fully fitted kitchen, and a TV. Thoughtful design means there is plenty of space for preparing meals on the granite work surfaces to enjoy around the dining table or alfresco. The super-king-size bedroom with an additional day bed and a Smart TV is on the ground floor, as is a wet room with a Croyde-themed shower – handy for those who are less mobile on stairs. A stylish oak staircase leads from the kitchen/dining area up to the living room above. Countryside views and sea glimpses can be enjoyed from the comfy seating within or by opening the full-width, bi-fold doors and stepping out onto the south-facing patio – the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. There is a separate enclosed patio with steps down to the front of the barn/driveway. There is now an EV charger located on the side of the boiler room which requires a Type 2 cable Situated in a peaceful countryside location between Croyde and Georgeham, this beautiful barn is close to many of North Devon’s most popular attractions.
