Le Petit Sorin

Built in 1897, Le Petit Sorin is a beautiful Charentaise Farmhouse set in two acres of gardens. Located in the heart of the Charente-Maritime region of south-west France, the farmhouse, pool, terraces and gardens were lovingly and extensively restored during 2018 and present self-catering accommodation for up to 15 guests. The space The farmhouse benefits from two large and fully equipped kitchens and dining areas, two sitting rooms and either double or twin bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms are en-suite with the remaining bedrooms having easy access to their own bathroom. All bathrooms are fully furnished with showers, basins and toilets and in addition there is a one bathroom on the ground floor with a bath. Outside offers a great pool area with a terraced area and lawn with sunbeds. There are two alfresco terraces at the front and back of the house with a covered area and a barbecue ideal for long lunches in the sunshine and lazy dinners into the evening. Extensive gardens at the front of the farmhouse offers a great space for games or for just finding a lazy spot in the shade to chill out. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, garden and pool during their stay.
