The space The villa is located 100m from the beach, which is characterized as private, as there is no access from any main road, rather a trail. In addition to a private car park slot, it also has a 400sqm garden for enjoying breakfast in moments of tranquility in nature and is equipped with barbecue, wood oven, dining room, sun loungers, etc. Visitor will be supprised by the large and beautiful tree-house, which was built with taste of the owner and in is equipped with electricity, heating, various toys, wooden sofas, etc. The villa consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, balcony overlooking Pelion. On the ground floor you can find the third bedroom with double bed and separate bathroom, the living room with fireplace and 2 sofas - beds, dining room and kitchen with all comforts (fridge, electric cooker, various utensils and cutlery). At 7 km away one can find the traditional village of Milies with the famous old-fashioned train ''Moutzouris'' and in shorter distance, the seaside villages of Kala Nera and Afissos. The area does not lack shops such as taverns, cafes, beach bars, markets, pharmacies, gas stations, and other alternative tourism activities such as: horse riding, canoeing, scuba diving, etc. It is one of the most suitable places to use as a base for excursions to the villages of Pelion and for daily visits to the city of Volos for food, shopping or nightlife.
