Located in the luxury district of Vista Royal, 10 minutes' walk from the sea (Jan Thiel beach). The house has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Renting a car? The space Villa Miali Abou is a house for 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a private bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and toilet. The bedrooms are very spacious, and one of the bedrooms is equipped with a nice workplace. In the villa, there is also a large and fully equipped open kitchen with cooking island, a spacious living room with seating. Outside, there is a large covered terrace with dining table, and on two sides of the pool is a pool deck with sun loungers. A BBQ (charcoal) is also available. The property is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. Other things to note Villa Miali Abou is located on the ground floor and located at the same address as Villa Miali Ariba (first floor) The amenities (such as swimming pool, washing machine, etc.) of both homes are completely separate and the homes each have their own entrance, garden and parking. This way, guests of every home have their best privacy. Bedrooms: When booking for 4 people, 2 bedrooms can be used. If you want to use more bedrooms, you must book additional people. Electricity: The cost of electricity is not included in the rental price. There is a meter in the house, the costs of your own consumption will be settled at the end of the rental period. These costs must be paid in cash at check-out. Noise: The house is located in a residential area. It is therefore not allowed to cause (noise)nuisance to the area in any way whatsoever. The house is not allowed for parties and events. Vehicle hire: You can of course explore the island with a car! That's why we have a number of cars that we rent exclusively to the guests of Villa Miali. We can also arrange the transfer from and to the airport for you of course! This is how we make sure that a stay at Villa Miali is a real vacation! For the kids: Of course, we have a high chair and baby cot available for the little ones if desired. Number of people booked: It's not allowed to stay with more people than what was booked for. If you come with more people, you should report this to the host and change your reservation to the correct number of people.
