The space Mirror Lake Overlook is a four bedroom, 2 bath home with an outstanding village location - just 1/2 a block from Main Street, Lake Placid and a large, beautiful yard with views of Mirror Lake and Whiteface Mtn. Recently updated, this multilevel home features a large recreation/TV room, modern kitchen with island, dining room, and formal living room on main floor. Up a set of stairs is the master bedroom with reading nook, and a full bath. On the next level, there are two bedrooms (each with lake view), a 3/4 bath and a laundry room. On the top level is the 4th bedroom. Off the kitchen, a lower level features an office and playroom. *Parking for 4 cars during Summer months, 3 during Winter months* Other things to note If traveling in the snow, we highly recommend having a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The road will be plowed as well as the driveway, but winters in the Adirondacks are beautiful but can sometimes be unpredictable! Make sure outdoor fireplaces are left neat and tidy, the same way as when you got to the property. Do not leave trash in or around the fire pits or the yard, it can attract animals. If these areas are left a mess there could be a forfeiture of a portion of your security deposit. We work hard and play hard so we need our rest. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract. Check in time is 4:00pm Check-out time is 10:00am. All the beds have linens, blankets, comforters and towels in the bathrooms at the property for your use. The property is furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, garbage bags.. No pets permitted Smoking is NOT allowed
