The space The interior is designed for durability and comfort with tile and luxury vinyl flooring. A fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and two full-size refrigerators, provides plenty of space for storing food and preparing meals for big gatherings. The home features three large balconies with channel-side views, including channel views from the master bedroom, providing peaceful outdoor spaces to enjoy the coastal atmosphere. With 10 flat screen TVs and Wifi, guests have access to entertainment in multiple rooms. Challenge the family to a family game night feature a round of pool, foosball or a go at the arcade machine! Guests also have access to a shared outdoor pool and shared outdoor hot tub. Two shared charcoal grilling areas make outdoor cooking easy, and the home is directly across the street from the beach, giving renters quick and convenient beach access. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only.
