Porthtowan house just minutes from the beach!

Our family home is an open-plan house ideally located in Porthtowan, which is just a 4-minute flat walk to the beach, local shops, restaurants, and the famous beach hangout – the Blue Bar! In the summer, the secluded back garden is sunny throughout the day, with an upper terrace where you can enjoy the sunsets while looking over the sea. It's a fantastic location to enjoy the coast and beach life, and it is a central location for exploring more of beautiful Cornwall, just 3 miles from the A30. The space Our home has been recently refurbished with new carpets, kitchen and decorated throughout, and we would like you to feel it's your home for the duration. The living area is all open plan with large windows, open fire and wooden distressed floors – perfect for sandy feet! The bedrooms are on a split level with the master room having glimpses of the sea. There is a cloakroom with a toilet near the main living space and a bathroom with a walk in shower and toilet located next to the second and fourth bedrooms. There is a TV in the lounge with Smart TV features for you to log into any entertainment channels. The house has Wifi, but there is very little 4G mobile service in the village in general. There are 4 bedrooms, all with super comfy beds and professional linen and towels provided. Each room has plenty of space for storage of clothes and are fully carpeted. The house has a modern beach vibe, with a small sheltered garden with a patio that’s perfect for breakfasts in the sun and bbq's in the evening. From the garden, you can access the upper terrace that has two seating areas, one with sea views and the other very sheltered from any wind. These terraces have the sun all day and are very private. There is a driveway with parking for four cars. We are situated on the road into the village and there are several footpaths which take you straight to Porthtowan beach, local shops, cafes and coastal walks. Guest access The home will be yours, I will keep a lock on my garage (outside) as well as the cupboard under the house. Other things to note All bedding and towels are provided - except for beach towels, please bring your own. I will leave a rug and some beach things for you to use while you are here.
