On the Gulf side, enjoy a private boardwalk to the beach, outdoor shower, and a park-style grill to prepare your fresh Florida seafood. An exterior staircase connects all levels of the home with expansive ocean views. The first floor features two bedrooms. The second floor offers an open-concept living area with direct access to the covered deck that boasts a dining table and relaxing Adirondack chairs. The living room offers high wood ceilings with a large smart TV and comfy coastal couches. The dining room seats six and the kitchen seats four at the counter. Stainless appliances appoint the well-equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinetry. A quiet office space is provided on the north side of the home for guests who need to work or study remotely. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
