Welcome to our home, We call it the White House Because of its spacious size and clean white bright interior painted design. this is a very safe and friendly community. There are so many places to enjoy and explore 4 bedroom House…5 Beds total Parking is always available out front, side and a asphalt parking pad in the rear for a small vehicle. There are 4 spacious rooms with four-4K 55” TV’s with the fastest internet speed. As for beds there’s 2 Queens, 2 Fulls, a twin and one bed which is a bunk bed, one with a full in bottom and twin at the top bunk. Rooms come equipped with Air conditioning and furniture. There’s a 1 and a 1/2 bathroom one with walk-in shower, fan with Bluetooth and double Sink. You can enjoy the Living room as well which has a Smart TV with a Electric fireplace and remote Ceiling Fan. A Foyer at the front entrance where you can also relax and enjoy a little view. The dinning Room room can sit 6-8 people with fan/light as well. The kitchen has all major appliances,like washer, dryer and dishwasher for convenience. Plates, cups, pots, pans etc may be utilized. Out back through kitchen you can enjoy the backyard which has a 16X20 Deck, with some accommodations for yard..also a 10X12 furnished gazebo with plenty of yard space to layout on the grass or simply play in the snow in the winter time..A grill is also on site. All is accessible Except the Basement.. I’m usually out of town but if there are questions about the area or simply want to know good places too eat etc you can hit the ring doorbell and I can Answer it.. Only five minutes into Center City Allentown. There you can find great elegant dining, The PPL Center where they Have hockeys games, concerts etc. Coca Cola Park where the Iron Pigs Play Baseball is 10 minutes. on top of it all Dorney Park is less than 10-15 minutes away.Allentowns Farmers Market 8 minutes..Allentown Rose Gardens 10 minutes.America On Wheels museum 10 minutes.. Mack Trucks Historical Museum..5 minutes..Wind creek casino in Bethlehem Pa is only 20 minutes..Several Hospitals and colleges within 5-20 minutes. Malls are within 5-15 minutes. ABE airport is less than 15 minutes. The crossings outlet is 30-40 minutes away, Kalahari Resorts Poconos and the Poconos itself..is also same distance, basically..plenty more places to visit. Also just two blocks away we have a recreation Park called Lehigh Parkway Trail that you can walk, Jog, exercise, or just even relax and enjoy the calm and great views of the creek and nature itself Street Parking isn’t a big issue in Allentown, plus in center city there are plenty of street and Parking garages if needed Please be respectful to our home, treat it as it was yours and respect thy neighbors. Absolutely No pets allowed!! No smoking of any kind in the house, not even Vaping..We have to be courteous to the next guess who can smell tobacco etc..smoke alarms are very sensitive as well..enjoy the best you can
