The home is a classic craftsman built in 1926, complete with push-button lights and glass doorknobs. You are a short 5-minute walk to the Beacon Hill Link Light Rail Station, getting you downtown or to the stadiums in a few minutes. Take a walk to Jefferson Park to see the Olympic Mountain Range, Seattle Skyline, and Puget Sound. The neighborhood has many restaurants and coffee shops within a short stroll of the house! I would love to host you! Send me a message with any questions you may have! The entire living space, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms are all on the same floor. The craftsman has detailed windows, glass doorknobs, push-button lights, and original soft and hardwood floors. The house has central heating and air conditioning. The bathroom has been recently updated, and there is great water pressure in the shower and a tankless gas water heater (no worries about running out of hot water!). You would have your own "free little library" inside of the home with lots of books for you to start (and take!) with you, or you can leave a book for future guests! The entire yard is fully fenced in for your littles and dogs, with an outdoor patio with outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook a meal when you are tired of all the dining options in Beacon Hill! The house is an easy walk to many coffee shops, breweries, wine bars (even champagne bars!), restaurants, and 3 blocks from a grocery store. Being so close to I-5, you are a short drive to many of the attractions of Seattle, including the stadiums, convention center, and Pike Place Market (previous guests have even walked the 3 miles to Pike Place Market from the house!) You would be a ~5-minute walk to the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station that connects you to downtown and the airport within minutes. You will have full, private access to the entire house. You have access to our private driveway for free off-street parking. Beacon Hill has so much to offer - the beautiful Jefferson Park (don't miss the sunsets!), walkable restaurants and coffee shops (our favorites are Fresh Flours and Taco Chukis), and is easily connected to other neighborhoods using the Link Light Rail, bus, or being so close to I-5 to drive. Walking around the neighborhood, you can see views of the Olympic Mountain Range to the west and the Cascade Mountain Range to the east. We have free parking in our driveway for your use. Our street also has abundant free, on-street parking right in front of the house as well. We are a 5-minute walk to the Beacon Hill Link Light Rail Station and are ~half a block away from a bus stop that takes you downtown. We are minutes from I-5, making it super easy to get downtown or get out of the city to visit one of the National Parks in the area.
