No exceptions, sorry! No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the patio. Smoking is also prohibited in the common areas (pool area, etc.) of the complex. This is an upstairs unit on the 2nd floor. The only way to access it is by stairs as there is no elevator. Guests will have access to the shared pools/spas within the community. Pool hours are from 7:00am-10pm daily. Pool key will be provided. If pool key is lost, replacement cost of $75 to be paid by booking guest. Noise curfew 10:00pm. No outdoor speakers or amplified noise per the City of La Quinta. NOISE VIOLATIONS HAVE DOUBLED IN THE CITY OF LA QUINTA. ANY AND ALL FINES INCURRED DURING STAY WILL BE PAID BY BOOKING GUEST AND GUEST WILL BE SOLELY LIABLE. Our patio is reserved for our guests but please note, the entrance to our unit and the patio itself is on the same level as one other unit. This means that you will be able to see the next door unit's patio and vice versa. You also may see other residents during your stay. We ask that our guests please be mindful of our neighbors!! This unit is located on the second floor and shares walls with adjoining units. Please be respectful and courteous.
