Additional guests must be approved in advance ($50 per guest/night) - No outside visitors allowed during your stay NOISE & GATHERINGS - Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (outdoor lights and TVs turn off automatically) - Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted - Unauthorized events disturbing neighbors may incur a $2,000 fee or result in reservation cancellation - Check-In / Check-Out - Check-In: 4 PM (no early check-ins) - Check-Out: 10 AM (late check-outs unavailable due to cleaning needs) - Fresh linens and towels provided for all guests POOL & SPA - Pool heating available Nov–Apr upon request ($150/day for entire stay) HEATED POOL - If you would like the pool heated, please request it at least 2 days before your arrival. - Heating is available for the entire stay only; we cannot accommodate single-day requests. - The fee is $150 per day, payable in full before arrival. - The pool is cleaned weekly (Tuesdays), and we provide a skimmer for any leaves or debris that may accumulate during your stay. - spa heating available upon request ($150/day + $150 refundable deposit; must follow usage guidelines) SPA GUIDELINES - You are responsible for turning the Jacuzzi heater on and off, following the instructions in the provided videos. - The heater must be turned off when not in use and no later than 11 PM. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the $150 deposit. - Heating takes approximately 1 hour, so please plan accordingly. CHECK-IN DAY: Please note that Jacuzzi heating is not recommended on check-in day, since check-in is at 4 PM and the heater must be turned off by 11 PM. The full-day fee will still apply. Our system notifies us of any changes to Jacuzzi settings to ensure proper use POOL WAIVER - Before confirming your booking, we kindly ask all guests to sign a pool waiver and release of liability form. This ensures safety and is required to activate your entry code on check-in day. - Children must be supervised; diving prohibited. - Food/drinks are not allowed in the pool - Swimming is at your own risk SAFETY & SECURITY - Outdoor surveillance cameras monitor the property - Neighborhood has active law enforcement presence - By booking this home, you agree to follow the house rules and accept responsibility for any damages incurred during your stay. Guests acknowledge that they assume personal responsibility for their safety and any injuries that may occur.
