Everyone can relax & stream their favorite shows & movies on three smart TVs. Gig internet has enough bandwidth to spare for video calls & the remote worker of the crew. There is a full-size washer & dryer in the home. Bedding Layout: * Master Bedroom: King bedroom, ensuite bathroom and 50" smart TV * 2nd Master Bedroom: King bedroom, ensuite bathroom and 50" smart TV * Additional Bedding: Queen Sleeper Sofa in the downstairs living room Additional amenities with your Coyote Crossing stay include a community sports courts (basketball and tennis) along with a seasonal swimming pool (open April-October) and hot tubs (open all year). **Pet Policy:** If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed) and we do require a refundable security hold of $500. We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.
