Safely tucked away a charming carriage house apartment in private backyard - 2 br, family room, well equipped kitchen and sparkling clean shower and bath. Pets welcomed but must be approved in advance +$50 pet fee. Note - 7 night min. during USNA Commissioning Week. 2 night minimum preferred on weekends. The space Enjoy updated kitchen + all new linens and towels! Walk to Navy Stadium. Free street parking even during stadium events. 2BR- Primary bedroom with queen bed, the other with two twin beds. The cozy family room has a pull-out couch with full bed. All beautiful sparkling white linens and towels provided. Well equipped kitchen to cook and dine. Plenty outdoor space in the yard to enjoy fire and grill. Poplar walking trail and fields just outside the house, great with kids and pets. No parties and absolutely no smoking on premises! Please do not let pets use our backyard for bathroom needs. Several school playgrounds and large fields just around the corner for play. Pack&play, high chair, toys, books, white noise maker, gate, outdoor toys and wagon. Guest access Free street parking. Guests have a private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor of the backyard carriage house. Outdoor garden table, chairs and grill. Please bring your own fire wood for outdoor fireplace. Well behaved pets and owners who clean up after their pets are welcomed case-by-case basis and on prior approval only $50 pet fee. Please enjoy the yard but do not use it for pets bathroom needs. Please respect our light carpets and furnishing. Other things to note There are public school playgrounds and fields around the corner from our home for children to play and pet owners to enjoy. The Poplar Trail, was old Washington Baltimore train tracks, has been made into a nice freshly repaved walking/biking path that passes in front of our home to walk downtown or just stroll to enjoy nature. USMC/ USNA Football stadium is one block from our home. Besides football, also place for USNA graduation events, high school band competitions and other fun activities. It is surrounded with another nice trail to walk pets or stroll.
