Only minutes away from I-25, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, you will find this fully treed area so peaceful and welcoming! Not too far away and you can easily find yourself in the heart of Monument, CO, at the entrance of USAFA, or on I-25 which can quickly take you up to Castle Rock and Denver, or down into the heart of Colorado Springs! For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry. We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. We rent out the main level unit upstairs separately which has it's own private entrance! Please keep in mind this is a basement unit and that noise will be observed.
