We are only a 1/4 mile from Big Boulder mountain ski resort. Also minutes from Split Rock Resort and water park! In addition to the area's natural attractions - restaurants, shopping and golf courses are also nearby. The space This house is nestled between Big Boulder Lake and the ski slopes, perfect for anyone looking to unwind in the Poconos! In between Memorial Day and Labor day your rental includes passes to the private Lake Club - enjoy the heated pool, kids pool and private beach area, chairs and loungers included. Renters will have access to extra amenities (these are an additional fee offered through the Lake Club). Enjoy paddleboards, boats, kayaks, tennis, and lots more! We are located next to Boulder View Tavern where you can enjoy live music and relax at the newly expanded beach bar and restaurant. This is a great location with nearby attractions for the perfect family getaway or weekend away with friends! The house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a lofted area with 2 extra full beds. The couch in the living room has a pull out sofa bed that fits 2 people. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The other bathroom has a soaking tub with jets and a separate stand up shower. Both are accessible to all areas. In between Memorial Day and Labor day, your rental will include 4 free passes to Boulder Lake Club. Additional passes are available for purchase. Enjoy the fireplace and relax in the whirlpool tub while taking in the beautiful lake and mountain views of Lake Harmony. Guest access You will have access to the entire house - first floor with fully equipped kitchen and large deck with a charcoal grill AND gas grill - plus table/chairs for outdoor meals. The upstairs master bedroom also has a balcony, perfect for having your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the lake! Other things to note There are specific guidelines in place that are set by the local community. These rules must be followed at all times to avoid additional fines: 1) Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any use of fireworks or similar items will result in a fine to the renter at the homeowners discretion. 2) Fire pits of any kind, chimeneas, smokers, cooking devices of any type that use heated oil, tiki torches, or any type of flame torches, are strictly prohibited. 3) Quiet hours must be observed from 11:00PM-7:00AM. 4) Parking is permitted in paved parking areas only. Parking is not permitted on other Community Common Property (including grass). Parking is not permitted in on or in areas providing egress to pathways leading to and from homes. 5) Trailers, campers, boats, commercial vehicles, and other large recreational vehicles are not permitted. 6) Bikes, kayaks, canoes, etc. may be stored on back decks only between May 1 and October 31, no front deck storage is permitted. 7) Common Ground must be kept clear at all times of personal property, including, but not limited to, carts, carriages, bicycles, skis, canoes, kayaks, watercraft, chairs, tables, grills, and any type of outdoor furniture. 8) Hanging towels, rugs, laundry, clothing, or any other articles outside (including over balcony or deck railings) is prohibited. 9) All garbage must be placed in plastic bags inside dumpsters. 10) 4 guest passes to the Lake Club are included with your rental, however, there may be a small additional fee for daily use of the facilities. Please see the front desk for their policies. 11) Please dispose of all trash and empty the dishwasher when leaving the house.
