Free assigned parking for 2 cars parked end to end. Booking Guest must provide ID and Selfie in order to check in. The space You will have the entire apartment to yourself. BR1 has a King bed with memory foam mattress, and the BR2 has a Queen. Guest access This is for the entire 2 bedroom apartment. This is an old fourplex located in an up-and-coming neighborhood with many new-build houses popping up between older homes. You will need to need to provide proof of ID and Selfie in order to check in. AC goes to 75 degrees minimum in summer and 70 degrees in winter. Other things to note A maximum of two standard size cars parked end to end are allowed on the property. Please only park along the FAR RIGHT of the parking lot. Vehicles parked anywhere else will be towed. The pet fee is $25/night/pet. When booking with a pet, you will automatically be charged $75 which covers 3 nights for one pet. You will be charged additional pet fees through the Resolution Center when booking for multiple pets, or for more than 3 nights. For long term stays, the pet fee is capped at $350/pet for the first month, and $50/month thereafter.
