The en-suite bathroom has towels & a walk-in shower for you to enjoy a truly relaxing spa experience. OUTDOOR AREA La Casa Estrella comes with multiple outdoor areas including a hot tub on a large covered patio, outdoor dining, outdoor speakers, a cowboy tub and sunbathing deck, a propane fire pit, 2.5 acres of fenced in area, and a hammock village for shared stargazing. AMENITIES Guest amenities include complimentary wi-fi, heating and air conditioning, a washer/dryer, parking on-property, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & soap. LOCATION Minutes away from the famous Joshua Tree National Park & Joshua Tree’s adorable downtown with shops and local food. Walking distance to the Noah Purifoy Art Museum! Guest access La Casa Estrella is nestled on a private 5 acres (2.5 fenced) with few neighbors. We offer on-property parking (please avoid the 'no parking' area located over the septic tank) located inside a security gate & fence, and the property is easily accessible by most vehicles, with paved roads to the corner of the lot. Other things to note EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST: When available, we do offer early check in & late check out. We try not to charge a fee but if we have to re-schedule the cleaners to accommodate you there will be a fee of $50/hr (to cover an emergency cleaning team so we can meet your expectations and those of the guest checking in after you). Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $100 pet fee, per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets paid at time of booking. We’re sorry we do not accept cats. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house (unless crated) or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste & be mindful of urine as it will stain. Excess pet hair, feces left behind, urine stains and animal damage is not covered by the pet fee. LUGGAGE DROP OFF: We will gladly accommodate luggage, refrigerator item drop off etc when prearranged! POOL/SPA SERVICE: Please note water feature is regularly serviced and you can expect the technician to arrive through the exterior gate anytime Monday through Friday between 8am to 5pm, no interaction from you is needed. CONSUMABLES: All consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc are meant to be a starter pack to get you started for your vacation. They are not meant to be UNLIMITED! Please plan accordingly for the length of your trip. EVENTS/ COMMERCIAL USE: In case anybody is found involved in unauthorized activities that are used for personal gain on the property, you will be penalized according to the Host's discretion only. FORGOTTEN ITEMS: There's a fee attached for forgotten item. This fee covers not only the shipping cost but also the gas, shipping, and the labor involved in having our team retrieve, package, and send the item back to you. Thank you for your understanding.
