Free, private off-street parking spot for 1 car, right in front of the entrance to the apartment (don't worry about tickets/snow!) Guest access Guests may use the entire building, as well as outdoor garden on the ground level Other things to note We are pet friendly, but please add them to the reservation and pay our pet cleaning fee ($100). After each pet stay, we do a deep cleaning to remove all traces of pet hair and dander for future guests (some of whom may have pet allergies). No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. Please respect the noise curfew (our neighborhood’s quiet time is between 9pm and 7am) Please respect check-in and check-out times.
