The space The meticulously restored farmhouse blends 1891 charm with today’s comforts—original wood floors, decorative moldings, and period antiques alongside plush bedding, high speed fiber optic Wi‑Fi, and a fully outfitted kitchen. We’ve preserved its character while making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Space & sleeping 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 10 (up to 12 with extra mattresses; ask us!). Downstairs: queen bedroom, two cozy living rooms, formal dining room, mudroom, and a swing‑fitted front porch. Upstairs: one double bunk bed bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a master with king bed. Extras: pack‑n‑play on request; parlors can convert to bedrooms for larger groups. Outdoor living Cluster of Adirondack chairs, a hammock among the oaks, and a patio dining set—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. 160 acres of fields and woods, plus epic sunset and stargazing views.
