Space & sleeping 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 10 (up to 12 with extra mattresses; ask us!). Downstairs: queen bedroom, two cozy living rooms, formal dining room, mudroom, and a swing‑fitted front porch. Upstairs: one double bunk bed bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a master with king bed. Extras: pack‑n‑play on request; parlors can convert to bedrooms for larger groups.
