We provide a coffee maker with coffee, creamers, and to-go cups for your morning rush. Enjoy your creations at the six-person dining table, with lovely views of the back patio through French doors. This home comfortably sleeps six guests across three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed with a Nectar mattress, an en-suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and French doors opening from the living room. Bedroom 2: Contains two twin beds, both with comfortable Nectar mattresses. Bedroom 3: Offers a queen bed with a Nectar mattress and a dedicated workspace with a desk and lamp, perfect for remote work or as a vanity. For those traveling with little ones, a foldable baby crib and a high chair are available. Both full bathrooms have been completely remodeled and are stocked with essentials for your convenience. Step outside to enjoy the charming front porch with seating for two, or relax on the raised wooden back patio, complete with seating for six, a charcoal grill, and festive string lights for evening ambiance. (Please bring your own charcoal for the grill). Guest Access: You will have private access to the entire home and yard. Entry is seamless with a keyless smart lock on the front door, and a code will be provided before your arrival. The new driveway provides ample parking for 4-5 cars, easily accommodating trailers. The Neighborhood: Our home is nestled in a charming, historic neighborhood. You're just a short walk from the heart of the action, including the University of Oklahoma campus, the stadium, the popular restaurants at Campus Corner (like The Mont), and local parks. Enjoy the vibrant energy of Norman right at your doorstep. Getting Around: The prime location makes getting around a breeze. Most key attractions, including the campus and local eateries, are within a pleasant 8–10 minute walk (0.5 mi). For trips further afield, you'll appreciate the convenient and spacious on-site parking. Important Information: Local Hosts: We live in Norman and are always available to respond if you need anything during your stay. Security: For your security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and a keyless entry system. You can view the cameras from the Homelife touchscreen inside. Yard Maintenance: Please note that our lawn crew visits weekly to maintain the yard. The day of service may vary depending on the weather. Storage: The closet in the bedroom with two twin beds is reserved for owner and cleaner storage. All other closets are available for your use. Safety: The home is equipped with wired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Fire extinguishers are located in the laundry room and under the kitchen sink.
