Please use common sense: no food left outdoors, keep trash secured, and supervise pets. Smart lock accessible. Other things to note *Home is located off a gravel road. All wheel/4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended in Winter and Spring with appropriate tires. Plowing of the driveway will be provided and maintained in winter months, though is done when our service team can get to it throughout the day. *Additional $150 pet fee required for up to two pets, then $50/additional pet. This fee is for the entirety of the stay, not per night. Please clean up after your pets. Pets not allowed on beds/furniture. Note that yard is not fenced in. *Please - No Parties! We want to keep our home clean, enjoyable, and in one piece for the next guests. * We love hosting families! Please note the home is not childproofed, so parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. We kindly ask that little ones are monitored to ensure both their safety and the care of our home. *We do have 2 outdoor security cameras on the property. One facing the driveway and one facing the pond. There is also one in the garage facing the garage door to make sure the garage door is not left open (has happened in the past and guest froze the pipes).
