This space is perfect for a home base if you are exploring Dallas and the major cities, or to enjoy as a 'staycation' with family and friends. OUTDOOR amenities include a private heated pool, grassy area for furry pets, built in outdoor kitchen with surrounding speakers, and hanging swings for relaxation. A seating table and chairs along with a mini refrigerator is also outside for your use. We provide the pool towels, but don't forget your sunscreen! KITCHEN, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and a gas range stove. There is a full size refrigerator and ice maker along with silverware, pots and pans, glasses and dishes. Coffee and tea is on us! MASTER BEDROOM has a memory foam king size bed with an ensuite standing shower equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room includes a TV with a Fire Stick to watch movies on, and books on the nightstand to relax with. The master has a view of the pool and backyard and offers a walk in closet with plenty of space to hang clothes. SECONDARY ROOMS, two of the secondary rooms have queen beds, and the final room offers two full sized bunk beds. No matter which room you settle into, you're sure to get a good nights rest. All bedrooms feature plush mattress, fluffy pillows, and closets with hangers for your clothing. All bedrooms except the bunk bed room have ceiling fans. There is new carpet in all rooms, along with room darkening shades. SECONDARY BATHROOM is handicap accessible. This bathroom also includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This is a walk in shower with a seat to allow you to sit if needed. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from the UTD campus. The front yard is beautifully landscaped and has lawn chairs for you to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. You'll see a few neighbors out for walks in the afternoon, its a safe and friendly neighborhood! You'll be able to find shopping and many restaurants less than 5 minutes of the home. While the home is fully yours during your stay, we are just a short phone call or text away from assisting you with anything you may need during your trip! The house is completely yours but I’m a quick message away if you need me! The pool is cleaned weekly, every Thursday morning. If you require the pool to be heated, we charge a $40 per day fee to cover the cost of the natural gas. PETS are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet fee for up to two animals. Please clean up after your pet!
