Guest access You have the home to yourself with 2 first- floor bedrooms (king/queen), a second floor bedroom (queen/twin trundle), and a queen sized futon in the living room. We have a portable crib available for use - you supply linens. Other things to note A rental agreement is required to be signed before booking confirmation within 48 hours of booking, including a lead based paint acknowledgement, since the home was originally build in 1929 (we're told it was stripped to the studs and remodeled). We have 4 kayaks seasonally available for use at your discretion. No jumping or diving from our dock, as the water is shallow and the lake floor a bit rocky. There are a few steps down to the waterfront, as well as some uneven ground. The living room is sunken about 2 inches from the dining room. The porch and King bedroom closet are original Monson slate floors, sunken about 6 inches. The back deck is accessed from stairs on either side, there is a fire pit next to the house in an enclosed fenced area. You will likely see some wildlife on and around our property - loons, ducks, turtles, fish, beavers, and eagles, to name some recent sightings.
