Come enjoy our newly renovated home, sitting on a two-century farm in beautiful Shady Valley. Built in 1954, the home is on TN-91 with direct access to "the snake”. It is centrally located to many nature areas & entertainment venues, including the A.T., VA Creeper trail, Doe Mtn Rec Area, Bristol Motor Speedway, Bristol Casino & 3 local lakes. Gatlinburg is a short trip away, along with many other attractions. With 4-bedrooms, the home can sleep 10, and will allow for a peaceful relaxing stay. The space The home has 3-bedrooms with queen size beds and 1-bedroom with 2 twin beds. The room with 2 twin beds also features a TV and gaming system, making it a perfect fit for children. There is also a queen pull-out couch in the living room. The home has two full bathrooms, a large kitchen, laundry room, and a very spacious living room. Come enjoy the mountain views and valley landscape from the front porch or back yard. The large yard is perfect for outside games and cookouts. The sunroom features a TV, large sitting area, and many board games. You can enjoy the red and green apple trees, pear tree, and grape vine in the backyard during fruit season. You may spot deer enjoying the fruit in the early morning and evening during this time. There is plenty of space for parking your bicycles, boats, motorcycles, and ATVs in the driveway. Guest access The home is self-check in with keypad code. Please enter though the garage door on the left. The keypad is located inside on the left on the entry door, along with a Ring video doorbell. Other things to note Corn hole boards and bags as well as the grill and utensils are in the garage for use outside. We are a short walking distance away if you should need anything at all.
