Private charming deluxe cabin on 12-acres

Charming deluxe cabin (1-bedroom suite) with full kitchen located on a private 12-acre rustic honey bee ranch in Bryan/ College Station, TX. Wi-Fi available. One dog allowed for an additional charge. Washer and dryer available on ranch. Texas A&M University (specifically Kyle Field) is a short 20-minute drive away, Lake Bryan is less than 10-minutes away, and Aggie Student Bonfire is located less than 5-minutes away. Enjoy views of two 1-acre ponds and beautiful sunsets from your private patio. The space Once the guest punches in the code and enters the ranch they’ll drive on a gravel unpaved road to the rear of the cabin. The charming deluxe cabin (1-bedroom suite) is 336 sq ft of comfort. One 12,000 BTU mini split unit (ductless) cools and heats the living room; while another separate 9,000 BTU split unit (ductless) cools and heats the bedroom. The quaint bedroom has a full-sized (not Queen or King) bed and has a private entrance (sliding barn door) to the bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed (queen sized) which has a 3” memory foam topper over the sleeper sofa mattress. For an ADDITIONAL CHARGE, come on over to the party barndo and challenge your partner and friends to a fierce game of air hokey or ping pong. You can also enjoy watching Aggie athletics on the 100” projector screen. The party barndo is a shared space for all guests on the ranch. Guest access The entire 12 acres is accessible to guests staying in the cabin; however, some spaces are an ADDITIONAL CHARGE such as the party barndo, the shooting range, and a tour of the bee farm. Other things to note Gate code for access on the ranch, as well as, the code for the cabin will be provided 24 hours prior to the guests arrival.
