The property offers a fully fenced backyard with a private screened heated pool (November-March), outdoor dining, a fully stocked kitchen, a billiards room, in-unit laundry, a workspace with Wi-Fi, and smart TVs. The home is kid-friendly (crib, pack n' play, bowls, cups, highchair) and includes complimentary beach gear (cooler, chairs, umbrella, toys). Outdoor Pool & Backyard The private outdoor screened pool keeps bugs out and is cleaned weekly by a professional pool service. Pool floats and toys are available, and the pool deck includes a dining table that seats 8. The pool heater runs November through March (subject to weather) and is pre-set for safety and consistency — please don't adjust the settings. It won't reach hot-tub temperatures and may run cooler on cold mornings before warming through the day; we're unable to issue refunds for weather-related pool temperature. Message us with any questions before booking. The backyard is fully fenced with a 6 ft PVC privacy fence. No BBQ grill is permitted. Note: No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Good to Know Sun Villa was fully renovated and furnished in 2022, and our photos are from that time. It's a well-used vacation home, not a brand-new build. You may notice some normal wear in places like doors, windows, flooring, or paint. We inspect and maintain the home between every stay to keep it clean and comfortable, but wanted to set that expectation upfront. A neighboring dog near the primary bedroom may occasionally bark. This is outside our control, and most prior guests aren't bothered by it. If you're a light or sensitive sleeper, please be aware. Guests must be considerate of neighbors at all times. No loud noise at any time. No noise outside or in the backyard is permitted after 10 pm. The pool deck is closed between 10pm - 8am. No swimming between 10pm - 8am for your safety. *****ANY DISTURBANCE / COMPLAINTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATIONS ON SITE WITH NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.***** ☼☼☼ ② LOUD NOISE / NOISE DETECTION DEVICES Unreasonably loud noise is strictly prohibited. Per the City of Hollywood, third-party noise level devices are installed on-site. The noise level detection devices DO NOT record any conversations and only measure decibel levels and the number of iOS devices in the property. Any noise above 75 decibels (db) for more than 10 minutes will trigger an alarm that will automatically notify the property owner / guests, which may result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refunds. ***Location of noise level detection devices: 1) near the kitchen area, 2) near the pool deck.*** ☼☼☼ ③ SECURITY CAMERA DEVICES ON PREMISE: Three (3) exterior video cameras are installed on the property for security and safety reasons. No security cameras are located inside the property.
