Nestled on a wooded hillside just off a quiet country road, this romantic retreat offers the perfect mix of privacy, comfort, and charm—without feeling isolated. Inside, you'll find a queen bed, vaulted ceilings, a cozy living area, and a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook or unwind. Local artwork and warm wood tones give the space a peaceful, personal feel. Step outside to your covered porch with string lights, seating, and a grill—or head to the private firepit deck surrounded by trees and stars. Whether you're sipping coffee in the quiet morning air or toasting under a starlit sky, this space is designed for stillness and connection. Just minutes from Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, and scenic hiking trails, Owl’s Nest gives you easy access to everything—but always feels like you’re worlds away. Note: Due to its size and setup, this space is not well suited for children or group stays. Guest access You have access to the entire space including an outdoor deck and patio. There is parking for one vehicle to the right side of the barn. This will put you at the base of the walkway to the cabin. If vehicles are small, you might be able to fit two vehicles front to back in the same space. Other things to note ⛷️ Ski access: 8 miles to Appalachian Ski Mtn, 10 to Sugar, and 18 to Beech. 🥾 Hiking: A trailhead is just 0.25 miles from the front door, connecting to miles of scenic trails through Julian Price and Moses Cone parks. 🌬️ Please note: Window A/C units are seasonal and removed during colder months. The home is well-insulated and equipped with heat for winter comfort. ❄️ 4WD is recommended during heavy snow. This tiny home is ideal for couples seeking peace and connection—not suited for children or groups.
