Every consideration has been given to make this your most confortable home away from home! The space Very comfortable and clean 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house conveniently located in town. We strive to keep it in immaculate state so that everyone that stays has a quality experience! This is the perfect place for business travelers, family with kids or someone who needs a cool space to relax, sleep and unwind. GUESTS: This place can accommodate up to a group of 10. Each bedroom has a queen size bed that accommodates 2 people each. So the rooms alone can accommodate a total of 8 guests. We have a decent size Laundry room with a futon that can accommodate another person and we have 2 couches where other guests can sleep. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Bedroom 4: Queen Bed | Additional Sleeping: Two Sofas/Couches & a twin size futon All bedrooms have brand new beds with soft linens, weighted blankets and plenty of space to spread out. Each room has brand new mounted 55" TV that can be moved for a perfect view, no matter where you are in the room. Each bedroom has its own A/C and infrared heater so each guest can adjust the temperature to their desired need. AIR CONDITIONING: There is a total of 6 brand new Air Conditioners throughout the entire house. One Air Conditioner in each bedroom plus living room and laundry room. These will keep you feeling fresh and cool during summer. HEATING: We offer multiple Infrared heaters that are located throughout the whole house and keep the place warm and toasty during the winter days. KITCHEN ⏲ Our kitchen is stocked with basics for your stay. It includes: a sink, refrigerator, cooking stove/oven and over the range microwave. We also provide a coffee maker, Ninja blender, waffle maker, all eating utensils, cups and plates. We also have a water dispenser from Mt.Shasta Spring Water. Alturas has a variety of eateries such as Pizza , Thai , Chinese , Mexican and also American food that will keep you full and happy for the rest of the day! AMENITIES: Generous quantities of linens, comforters, blankets and soft high-quality towels. FORGOT SOMETHING?? NO WORRIES, WE HAVE YOU COVERED! Generous amounts of individually wrapped razors, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower caps, lotion, soaps, makeup remover wipes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, feminine products etc. These amenities are for you to use during your stay here. DINNING ROOM: We have brand new bar tables with stools. As shown in the pictures! ENTERTAINMENT: There is a 55” Flat screen TV with Netflix and Hulu included in the living room and every bedroom! TNET internet access. We also have a variety of board games for a memorable time with the family. There is a propane BBQ grill outside. KIDS/BABIES: This place is suitable for children. We have a box filled with toys along with a variety of coloring books, board games and puzzles that will keep your little one busy! A baby crib is available for those traveling with small children. Please let us know if you will be needing it during your stay at time of booking. Our goal is to make your stay more easy and convenient! LOCATION: This house is conveniently located in town! It’s a nice walk to one of our best hamburger joints in town - The Lazy B (less than a block away!) A very short drive to an astounding number of amenities and sites - The Arrow head golf course is less than a 4 min drive. (1.6 miles). The local Holiday Market and Tesla charging station is 1.2 miles. The Disc Golf course, which is only 1.1 miles (located by the elementary school). The Hospital is only 2 mins away! LAUNDRY ROOM We have a spacious laundry room with a futon. Brand new Samsung Washer and Dryer have recently been installed. We provide Laundry detergent and softening sheets. We also have an iron, ironing board and a steamer in case you’d like to use. SIGNS 🪧 We have polite signs & instructions posted. We ask to please follow these instructions. Please note that these reminders are not intended to offend you. If you have a questions regarding any sign, please feel free to reach out to us. PARKING There’s easy parking on the street. You can park in front of the house and there is more parking on the side of the house as well. SECURITY CAMERAS We do have security cameras outside the house. (1 on the side of the house, 2 in front of the house and 1 in the backyard) Please do NOT adjust, remove, cover, or unplug the security cameras. YARD: We planted grass in the yard and watering it regularly. We have someone mowing the lawn in a weekly basis. You will occasionally see us around the house doing some outside work/maintenance. ALL OCCUPANTS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION: Please make sure you have selected the appropriate amount of guests staying in the airbnb with your reservation. (This includes kids and babies). Any additional guests that have NOT been pre-approved prior to your booking will result in a $20/per guest per night violation fee. SMOKING: NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the house. We do however have a cigarette butt receptacle outside for you to use. You will be charge a $250 fee if you break this rule. PETS NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate any pets. You will be charged with a $120 fee for pet and asked to leave the house WITHOUT any refund. GARBAGE 🗑 If you are here for a longer stay (one week or more) please place your garbage in the trash can that is located outside. PLEASE READ ALL OUR HOUSE RULES: We also have the STRICT house rules posted at the entrance of the house and additional house rules located in our Welcome book. BREAKING ANY HOUSE RULE MAY LEAD TO IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Guest access Guests can access the home with a private entrance and key box. In consideration of the Covid-19 crisis worldwide, we are ensuring that all the common-touching points are sanitized during the space’s cleaning process. Our standard check-in and out processes remain, with a key box programmed with a code that we will provide you prior to your arrival. This ensures that you will not have to be in physical contact with anyone for your check-in and out process!
