Guests will enter the home on the third floor of the condo complex, there is an elevator available for use. Spacious living area and quaint balcony will greet guests as they cross the threshold alongside fully stocked kitchen. There is a cubby space with stackable washer/dryer. Laundry amenities will be provided for 3-4 days. Kitchen is complete with stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, utensils, coffee maker, spoons/ladles, dish towels, tongs, wine opener, strainer, glass mixing bowl and cup, coffee filters, blender, extra coffee pot, small black cutting board, plates, bowls, coffee cups, pots, pans, skillets, whisks, pitcher, muffin tins, and cookie sheet. There is an air-conditioning unit that is available for guest use, but this home is not equipped with A/C Each bedroom has its own bathroom complete with towels, extra linens and comfort. Guests will have access to the balcony and the grounds behind the building complete with cute gazebo. The entire condominium is available for guest use, we do have additional condo units available for rent as well. Bring the whole family! You will have the condo to yourself. Pagosa is located in the middle of the Rocky Mountains and is approximately an hour's drive to other similar mountain towns such as Durango, and South Fork. We also boast the most snow in Colorado, should you be here during our winter months be sure to experience Wolf Creek Ski Area and slalom some slopes.
