The space When you enter the foyer, there is a guest half bath and entrance to the Master suite, with a spa like bathroom including a stand alone tub and multiple shower experience. Also off of the foyer is the entrance to the living area which is open and connected to the large kitchen and dinning room. It is a great open living plan where everyone can gather, eat and relax. Downstairs also has 2 more bedrooms and 1 more full bath. The front "parlor" bedroom is a historic treat with chandelier, wrap around leaded windows and 1915 fireplace with mantel. Upstairs is a large loft with a full bed a twin bed (bedroom #4) and bedroom #5 with a king bed. There is also a half bath on the second floor. Outside the back door you will find the casita (6th bedroom and full bath), a private gated area with the pool and two separate sitting areas. This is a private pool with no life-guard.
