Lighthouse Unit (private fishing dock)

The Lighthouse unit is situated as you enter the town of Port Isabel with direct water access to the Laguna Madre. There is a private dock that offers great night fishing for trout, red, snook, flounder, drum and several other species. Several places to order takeout and dine in are a short distance from your front door. Enjoy the beach at South Padre Island with just a quick drive across the causeway and when your ready to leave the sand and traffic behind, you can come back to fish on the dock The space The home is setup as a duplex sharing the backyard space and dock area. Parking is free however we do have limitations due to space. (See house rules) You will have private access to 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and a full, modern kitchen equipped with amazing appliances, full set of pots and pans, dishware, utensils and more. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the backyard from the 9 foot wide sliding doors, allowing for an unobstructed view of the area out back. The backyard has a subtle division of sitting areas, individual BBQ pits and outdoor furniture for each unit to relax and enjoy. The dock is private to our residence allowing additional areas to sit and relax down by the water. This home is perfect for the family and friends who want to relax and enjoy some time together. Come relax, socialize, fish off the dock and take a deep breath knowing that life's conviencices are near by. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance, the beach just a short drive across the bridge, and at the end of the day...leave all the party mayhem behind and relax in peace and quiet. Other things to note The lighthouse unit is in quiet paradise that is 3 min from Walmart and heb. Don't want to go anywhere? no problem! With a full kitchen and livingroom no need to escape. If you enjoy the beach, its a mere 8 minutes away where you can have sand in your toes, soak up the sun and return in a short drive to continue relaxation!
