If your group exceeds 12 but is less than 16 guests please reach out for pre approval before booking and if approved you must add the optional 6th bedroom at an additional fee of $250 per night. This optional suite features a queen-size canopy bed, a queen sofa bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and stunning views overlooking the pool area. As you enter the automatic gates and drive up the long driveway towards the Villa you will experience a unique world of mature cypress trees, bouquets of bougainvillea, oak trees, and pepper trees as you come to a slow stop beside the water fountain in the middle of the circular driveway. With friends and family lounge by your own private resort with an oversized salt-water pool eight-feet deep, with a water feature fountain creating a roman spa, a spectacular forty-foot pool slide, a welcoming large jacuzzi spa, BBQ station, and multiple seating and lounging areas for relaxing. Private trails throughout the four acres made from the footprint of where one wants to meander, from vineyards and mature Valencia orange orchards (whilst in bloom perfume the whole property) to the sight of an eagle home where each year in late April and early May one can witness a youngster taking flight for the first time - magical to witness, and on occasion they rest on a low branch or on the ground to regain courage and take flight once more. The walking trails are nearly half a mile boasting 30 Pepper trees, 27 Oak trees, 63 Cypress trees, 52 Eucalyptus trees, 13 Orange trees, 5 Olive trees and a several Peach, Lemon, Apple and cherry trees amongst which you will find plenty of resting stops (16) as you leave one area to experience another, finally stopping at the gazebo where you can relax wine in hand while watching a game of badminton, or join in a game of corn hole, push someone on one furrow professional grade swings, (without a glass of wine!) There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing cleaning between guests. We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as the AC, Pool or Spa can't be used because of a malfunction, we will refund the guest $100 per occurrence per day if cannot be repaired the same day. By checking into the property, you waive, discharge and agree to hold harmless the host from all damages or injuries arising from or related to your and any guest, registered or non-registered guest stay at the property, including but not limited to, any accidents or injury to yourself, your guests and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
