The space Owned and operated by Andy & Amanda, owners of Sandy Springs Brewing Co. We tried to incorporate everything we feel would be a fun, exciting and a relaxing getaway in an AIRBNB. Warm, cozy, inviting... you will want to extend your stay! Everything completely brand new with the exception of the beautiful bones of this 100+ year old home. The original hard wood flooring and tall ceilings are stunning. Enjoy the master bedroom window overlooking the beer garden at Sandy Springs Brewing Co. There is a private outdoor patio -both covered and uncovered as well as a shared courtyard (with the Brewers Quarters ). Or, you can enjoy traffic going by on the front porch.. lots of outdoor options! We have many special surprises for our guests including Check-in beers at the brewery, pastries, water & gatorade in the "hydration station" as well as kureg coffee.. just to name a few! The Century Home at Sandy Springs Brewing Co. can accommodate 6 people comfortably (3 bedrooms) or up to 8 people (max) at an additional $25 per person. Brand new washer and dryer available for guests to use as well. *10% discount for weekly rentals. *NO PARTIES *NO PETS Guest access There will be reserved parking spot in the brewery parking lot directly next to the house and leading to the back patio area of the Century Home. Other things to note *No parties permitted. *$25 more per person after 6 people. No more than 8 people permitted to stay. *No animals permitted in the house or on property. *Bathrooms and showers located in the basement and 2nd level. *Sandy Springs Brewing Co. is closed on Mondays & Tuesdays.
