Our open concept, spacious home with 2 primary suites with king beds and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed was completed in 2021. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only a short walking distance from Pacific City's main beach, Cape Kiwanda, as well as the Pelican Pub, Stimulus Coffee and Bakery, PC Pour, Moment Surf Shop, and other restaurants. The space Our vacation home has two king bed master suites, with tiled walk- in showers and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed and a tub/shower combo bathroom adjacent to it. Our open concept Great Room area features a gas fireplace perfect for those cool nights, a 75' smart TV and a dedicated workspace area. The gourmet kitchen and dining room are adjacent to a covered back patio, including a BBQ, (available during the spring and summer months) a teak table and chairs and an outdoor shower. You will have access to the right(north) garage bay for storing your surf boards, bikes and any other beach toys. There is also a Pop a Shot Basketball, a giant Connect Four game, corn hole set and Adirondack chairs. The front area has a large courtyard with a concrete patio and fire pit, perfect for those cool evenings around a warm fire and making smores. First bundle of wood is included. There is ample parking in front of the garage area available for 4 vehicles. Guest access All the lower level of the house, including the front courtyard with the fire pit and the backyard. The left(south) garage bay, as well as the upstairs area are for the owner's personal storage. You will not have access to this area and the owners will not be there when guests have reservations. Other things to note Only REGISTERED guests may occupy our home. Dogs (maximum of two) allowed in our home with a pet fee. Please indicate it on your booking. Do not leave your pet unattended or alone or let your pet on any furniture or beds. We request no outdoor shoes in the house. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. No smoking of any kind is permitted within 25 feet from the premises. No RVs or tents allowed. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
