Set expectations accordingly. Guest access entire property is private and not shared. We monitor noise levels inside and outside. Other things to note Please no music or loud noises outside the home No pool/hot tub or outdoor amenities use after 10 pm or reservation will be immediately canceled. If the BBQ propane is out guests are welcome to exchange it at any local gas station and we will reimburse you once provided with a receipt We have a private basement for you to use which you are more than welcome to have music and enjoy by the pool table but just keep doors closed so neighbors are not disturbed. The pool can be heated for additional $150/day (must be on for the entire duration of the stay, cannot have heating for certain nights) - we not charge guests for this unless they request for it, as its very expensive to heat a pool using natural gas. Pool is open seasonly from May to October. (We are currently not offering a heating option, sorry for the inconvenience) Our off season prices are much cheaper than summer to reflect the pool closure. During this time the backyard landscaping and pool will not usable and ready due to local weather. Please note leather couch in main living room long part is slightly bent. We are aware of this, please note prior to booking. Standard pest control black boxes on the property (4 located each side of property as well as inside under and around the home) to ensure a better experience for all guests. They are locked and only accessible to registered company that supplies them. Pleas note the liner on the pool has a slight yellowish tint - this is due to age. We have ordered a new pool liner but they are in back order so at the moment cannot be changed. This is just cosmetic due to age and not because it wasn’t cleaned. The entire home is gated however due to windy and winter conditions the outdoor gates are open during winter and spring Please note the fireplaces in the home are cosmetic and not functional There is white carpet upstairs and due to high home usage there are some stains that won’t come out. Please not it’s not because it’s dirty, it’s cosmetic and can’t be changed. Please be aware of this prior to booking. We shampoo regularly but sadly white carpets are tough to keep white. We have update the sofas in the theater room with same style sofa but in a lighter color. Please note the landscaping is weather dependent. Winter/fall the leaves will fall and summer they grow. We try to maintain landscape as much as we can but since it’s shrubs and plants there can be changes throughout the year. Projector is hooked up with Amazon fire stick and a soundbar via Bluetooth. You are welcome to log into your favorite streaming services just please log out when done.
