It offers a central location with convenient access to Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Marin National Parks, Sonoma Raceway, the wine country (Napa), BART, and several airports. The space The location is exceptional, boasting picturesque surroundings and unparalleled privacy. It ensures that every guest feels truly at home. Conveniently situated adjacent to the Round Hill golf course, the property is only two miles from Highway 680. The loft suite, located on the second level, features its own private entrance accessible via stairs. Upon entering, guests are greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly integrates a spacious living area and a modern kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances. The living room is complemented by a 65-inch 4K Smart TV, while the master bedroom is adorned with a 55-inch 4K Smart TV. The entire suite is equipped with a multi-zone audio system, providing an immersive entertainment experience. Surrounded by majestic oak trees, a tranquil creek, and abundant wildlife, the suite offers breathtaking views from its outdoor patio area and expansive windows. Guest access A parking sign indicates that the parking area is exclusively for guests. This sign is located in front of the main house by the garage entrance but on the street, which is situated on a private court. The backyard is shared with the main house. Pool usage is permitted only with prior approval. Sauna, Camastro, slide, and pool accessories are exclusively available to the owners. The gazebo and jacuzzi incurs an additional charge of $100 for its use. Other things to note Please note that there is an additional charge for charging electric vehicles and utilizing the outdoor jacuzzi or gazebo.
