ID verification is required before check-in. No exceptions are permitted. We are a small, family-owned business and regularly check on our properties. We also maintain close relationships with our neighbors to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. No parties, no outside guests, no rough or disruptive behavior, and no moving of furniture. Violations may result in immediate removal with no refund. - Bay County License #42715 Guest access Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code, as long as you have completed your online check-in form. There are two owners closets in the home that are off limits. We have signs on these doors and they are locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy! Other things to note When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations. **HOT TUB: Hot tub is only available from first week of September - April. Hot tub is NOT available from May - August. Guests found tampering with the hot tub outside of its availability are subject to immediate termination of their stay AND/OR a hot tub drain and full service fee. Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.** Bay County License # 42715
