To ensure the best possible experience, please take a moment to review the house guidelines: Guest Capacity: The cabin sleeps up to 7 guests, with a maximum of 5 adults (ages 13+). Our space is ideal for families or close-knit small groups. Please be mindful of the guest count — we are on a septic and well system, and the home isn’t designed to host large gatherings. Additional guests beyond the limit may incur a $50/night fee and may result in early termination of the reservation, depending on the situation. $$Price: Air BnB recently put their added fees inside owner fees, not being transparent like they should. So, rates are going up. If you don't like that option check out my listing on the other main short term rental platform.$$ Hot Tub Use: Children under 13 are not allowed in the hot tub for safety and health reasons. A waiver must be completed by the reservation holder before the hot tub can be used. We appreciate your understanding and care when using this feature! Pets: While we love animals, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets due to a severe allergy. Bringing a pet will result in a $250 fine plus any damage fees and immediate termination of your stay. We kindly ask for your understanding and full compliance with this policy. Bringing an animal onto the property will result in a $250 fine, immediate termination of your reservation, and additional cleaning or damage charges if necessary.
