You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Whether you are here for business, or on vacation with the whole family, or coming with friends for an adventure, this home boasts easy access to highways, restaurants, entertainment,shopping, and outdoor adventure. You will be 20 to 40 minutes from several ski resorts, hiking trails, beautiful mountains, and many of the wonders of Utah. This listing includes the main floor and 2nd floor (basement is a separate unit) The space This house has a main floor, which includes a movie/game room, great for gathering and playing. This room has 2 comfortable pull out sofa beds and can sleep 4 people. There is also another movie/conversation room with pull out sofa bed which sleeps 2. There is a dining area and fully equipted kitchen. A full laundry and half bath are also on the main floor. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with its own 55 or 65 in HD tv. 2 bedrooms share a hallway bathroom, and the master bedroom has it's own master bathroom. (the basement is a separate unit) We also have a brand new, top of the line, Bullfrog spa. Come relax awhile. If you are here for skiing, check out our "ski station". A place to safely store and clean your skis, boot and glove dryers for everyone, and plenty of space to get ready for your next ski adventure. Guest access You will have the main floor and second floor. (the basement is a separate unit, sleeps 7. Ask us about it if you have a really large group and would like to rent both units) We are almost through re-designing our back yard. Small putting green, grassy area with climbinbg dome and swing, walking path, patio, and our top of the line, brand new Hot Tub. It seats 10 and is amazing. ) Other things to note We have a great outdoor space for you to enjoy with your family or friends. Come check out our top of the line Bullfrog spa. It seats 10 and is the perfect relaxing place after a fun day of skiing, biking, hiking, or shopping, or whatever you come to do. We also have a small putting green, a grassy area and a climbing dome and swing for the kids. We also have a lovely walking area, and plenty of patio space for gathering. Please, absolutely no tabacco product use anywhere inside the house. This includes, smoking, chew, and vaping. Yes, vaping is a tabacco product, it leaves a nasty smell and sticky residue, it's hard to remove, so NO vaping inside the house. NO PETS. If you have a service animal or emotional support animal, please be conciderate and concider choosing one of the many wonderful pet friendly rentals. People with severe animal allergies have to trust that "no pets" means this house is free of allergens that could ruin their stay, or even send them into anaphylactic shock. There are no laws protecting these people. Please be conciderate of them.
