There is also a wall of windows with a sliding glass door that opens up to the waterfront balcony! Master Suite The Master Suite features a King-sized bed, large dresser to store your belongings, two nightstands, a flat screen TV, and a sliding glass door that opens up to the waterfront balcony. The master bathroom has a double vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, a dresser, TV and a generous sized closet. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom features two Twin XL beds, a large dresser, TV and closet. Bathroom 2 The second bathroom also features a double vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Outside Outside on the screened in balcony you will find a bar height patio set with 4 chairs, and another smaller patio table with chairs. Guest access Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active at exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Other things to note To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in.
