Gilpin County does an excellent job of clearing the roads and we have a reliable service that will plow the driveway anytime there’s more than 4” of snow. Full and exclusive access to the house, garage and grounds. You have the entire Chalet! When you're at Sunset Ridge Chalet you can feel isolated, but we do have neighbors. To be courteous, we request that you observe quiet time from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. That means no loud noises or music outside, or inside if the windows are open. Thank you for your understanding. Sunset Ridge Chalet is a mountain home. There are no buses or shared rides available from the house. We have plenty of parking for your vehicles, including the garage and two large parking areas.
