Other things to note ✨LIVING ROOM: A massive sectional, 65” Smart Frame TV, Nest Smart Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Alarm and Smart Hub to have access to NEST thermostat, NEST smoke detectors, and NEST front door camera. 🌵 KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a refrigerator (filtered water and ice dispenser), stove, oven (air fryer and convectional options), microwave, Electric Kettle, coffee maker (coffee, creamer, and syrups), and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil 🌵 BATHROOM: Powerful shower including Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, and blow dryer. 🌵 BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms, each with luxury King size beds and luxury mattresses, 42” Smart TV, Ceiling Fan and Beautiful scenic views from either room. The living room has a very comfortable massive sectional and full-sized bed in an attached den. This space is a combined office, meditation, and mini workout room. This room provides fast Wi-Fi, yoga necessities, and exercise equipment like jump rope, kettlebells and more. 🌵 ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. 🌵 PARKING: There are two private driveways for up to a total of 4 cars or 1 RV and 2 cars 🌵 THE DRIVE: Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house! 🌵 INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can also access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV 🌵 OUTDOOR SPACE: Hot tub, Indian Kadai fire pit, EV Charger, gas BBQ grill, and lounge chairs/hammocks available for you to enjoy! 🌵 SECURITY: For security purposes, we have installed security cameras monitoring the entry door, the general direction of the backyard located on top of the casita, and on top of driveways overlook the streets. The footage is not stored permanently and in no way infringes on your privacy. It is strictly for liability purposes. There are NO cameras inside the property. 🌵 PET FRIENDLY: This property is pet-friendly. However, we kindly ask you to keep pets off of the furniture as a precaution to help keep the home clean for future guests. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $100 per pet. This helps us ensure we can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Also, a gentle reminder that the property is immersed in nature and encounters with wildlife such as snakes, bunnies, quail, and coyotes are to be expected.
